General

LUMÉ by Barko (the “Site”) is a recommendation and curation site: it shows fashion pieces we selected and links to the retailers that sell them. The Site does not sell products, does not take payment and is not a party to any order.

A “visitor” is anyone who enters or uses the Site. Entering and using the Site means you agree to this document.

Masculine wording may be used in the Hebrew original for convenience only; it applies to everyone.

What is stored

There is no registration, account, form or comment section, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number or payment details.

Your language choice is saved in an essential cookie. If you accept cookies, your saved items are kept in your own browser only and are not sent to us. If you choose “Essential only”, nothing beyond the language and the choice itself is stored.

Affiliate links and outbound clicks

Clicking “Buy” takes you to the retailer through an address on the Site that records that a given item was clicked (item code and retailer, no identifying details) and redirects you. We use this to understand which items interest visitors.

Links on the Site are affiliate links: we may earn a commission from the retailer on a purchase made through them, at no extra cost to you. Once you reach the retailer’s site, the retailer’s terms and privacy policy apply, and we do not control them.

Managing preferences

You can change your cookie choice at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the Site, or clear the data from your browser.

Terms of use of the content

The content of the Site is for your personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or publish the content, design or texts, in whole or in part, or use them commercially, without prior written consent.

You may not use the Site unlawfully or interfere with its normal operation, including with automated tools for scraping or data collection.

Copyright and intellectual property in the Site belong to its owners. Product images and trademarks belong to their owners and are shown for reference only.

Limitation of liability

The information and services on the Site are provided as is. We try to keep information accurate, but mistakes or inaccuracies may occur, particularly in price, availability, colour and sizing, which are set by the retailer.

Prices on the Site are indicative only and may change. Price, availability, delivery, returns and product warranty are determined by the retailer, and enquiries about them should go to the retailer.

The Site links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, quality or any use made of them; using them is at your own responsibility.

We do not promise the Site will run without interruption or fault, and, subject to law, we are not liable for direct or indirect damage arising from using the Site.

Blocking access

We may block or limit access to the Site for anyone who breaches these terms.

Changes

We may update this document from time to time; the updated version applies from the moment it is published on the Site. We recommend reading it now and then.
